Capture Moments provides appointment-based photography services for small brands, local retailers, and independent makers, including product photography, styled content, and related image review and delivery processes. The scope of each assignment depends on the agreed brief, product count, shot list, styling, and approval steps.
Fees are normally quoted according to product count, views, styling, and the number of retouched files requested. Payment methods may include card, bank transfer, or cash on the session day, as confirmed for the booking. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote.
Bookings are subject to availability and may be arranged by contact form, email, phone, or consultation appointment. The studio may request product details, reference material, and a shot list before confirming the work. Any delivery plan remains subject to the confirmed scope and the approval process.
All photographs and related content remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless a separate written license states otherwise. No rights are transferred beyond the agreed use of the delivered images, and no RAW, rejected, or unedited files are included unless expressly agreed in writing.

The services are provided with reasonable care, but Capture Moments does not guarantee exact recreation of reference images, colors, reflections, textures, proportions, or backgrounds from another production. Retouching is limited to the agreed scope and does not include identity changes, deceptive alterations, or guarantees of product transformation.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Martinique, and any dispute should first be raised with Capture Moments in good faith. If a matter cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to the competent courts or authorities having jurisdiction over the business location, subject to mandatory rules of law.
